3. Acitivites will be coordinated with contractors and other services needed to prepare the home for the market as approved by yourself
4. We will advise you of changes in the market climate
5. A written Current Market Analysis (CMA) and Marketing Plan
6. We will implement the Marketing Plan that we have custom tailored for your particular home to achieve the best results for you
7. Professional Marketing Materials - custom designed to showcase your property in its best light and create an impressive first impression to buyers
8. Ken Stef and those members of his Team that will be directly involved in the marketing and sale of your home
9. We will schedule weekly meetings with you to discuss the week's progress as well as market analysis and possible recommendations
10. All offers will be presented to you promptly and the negotiations will be kept moving in a timely manner to facilitate decision making that meets your objectives for selling
11. Conditions precedent in your accepted contract of purchase and sale will be logged into my duty schedule to ensure that they are serviced in accordance with the time deadlines stipulated in the contract.
