So much is at stake when you sell your property. Knowing this, Ken Stef will conduct negotiations with the highest standards of professionalism & loyalty representing your interests, using the following principles to guide each negotiation:

Contract Acceptance to Closing
 
During the period from the contract is accepted to the closing and completion dates, Ken's follow-through, organization and attention to detail ensure that deadlines are met, documents are distributed, and every action item is in place to complete the sale.
