1. A professionally designed RE/MAX Crest Realty (Westside) Buyer's Guide
2. An introductory meeting to ascertain your level of understanding of the Buying Process and then familiarize you accordingly
3. Understand and discuss your needs, wants and requirements for your home purchase including property types and the community in which you wish to purchase in
4. Introduce you to those professionals on my Team who may be required during your buying process such as a Mortgage Broker, Stager / Home Designer, tradespeople, etc.
5. Conduct a home search based on your buying requirements and schedule appointments to view them with you
6. Create a Buyer's Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) for those home(s) that you express an interest in purchasing
7. All offers will be presented for you promptly and the negotiations will be kept moving in a timely manner to facilitate decision making that meet your objectives for buying
8. Conditions precedent in your accepted contract of purchase and sale will be logged into my duty schedule to ensure that they are serviced in accordance with the time deadlines stipulated in the contract.
9. Moving Guide - an outline of what needs to be done pre and post the possession date
10. Monthly market updates, monthly e-newletters that contain real estate and community articles of interest as well as periodic updated valuations of your property
