First Time Buyers

"Thinking of buying your first home and haven't a clue where to start?"

As a first time buyer, you're likely to have many questions about selecting, buying and financing your first home. How do we start looking for a home? How much money will we require to purchase a home? How much will the mortgage payments be each month and can we afford it? How does the home buying process work and what can we expect along the way? These are just a few of the questions you're bound to have at the beginning of your exciting journey to buying your very first home.

I can provide the answers to your questions, and walk you through the entire process, from viewing potential homes to making an offer to setting up mortgage financing. Although buying your first home can be overwhelming, you can be confident that Ken Stef and his team of professionals will be available to help you every step of the way. We can make buying your first home simple and straightforward, eliminating any confusion and doubt and allowing you the opportunity to enjoy your first home - worry free!

Testimonial
"Ken, I just wanted to send you a quick note about how happy I was to have found you.  As it was my first home purchase, your patience, dedication, and honesty was exactly what I was looking for in a Realtor.  It was refreshing to find someone with such a solid work ethic to help me with my first home purchase.  Thanks again Ken, your advice and attention to detail throughout the whole process made it very easy and stress-free."  John Shepherd

Where to start?
Once you've decided to take that first step, call or email me to arrange an introductory meeting. You can tell me about yourself and what you needs, desires and wants are, and I'll walk you through the entire process. Once you are comfortable with this initial step, then I recommend that you get pre-approved for mortgage financing. It is important to know what you can afford to buy and be comfortable with and understand the costs associated with purchasing your first home before you start looking at prospective homes to buy. I specialize in first time buyers and the downtown condo marketplace.
